Lithographic print. CHARITY by Fred Morgan. Framed and glass fronted ?

This is a lithographic print titled CHARITY by Fred Morgan who died in 1927. It is in a glass fronted frame of unusual design . I can supply more pictures if required. It is a large print 30" x 20" and the overall frame size is 40" x 30". The frame needs slight cosmetic attention. I will deliver free to a FY postcode and up to 50 miles further for fuel money. This print is still available from print and art house suppliers at a cost of 130 - 180 depending on your frame choice.
